The caller comes up as Navient. But the message they leave claims they are calling from the Municipal Services Bureau. Do not pick up. They are clearly being deceptive AND the collection calls are fake.

They are an Auto Caller / RoBo Caller ..They have had complaints since 2014. You can't stop them .. DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL ..

They called about a court case that was dismissed by the courts. I called the courts and was told that I owe nothing. Need to know how to stop them...

It's a collections company hired by municipalities to collect anything from traffic tickets to unpaid fines to unpaid back taxes. Not just a Texas thing, my stuff is from the City of Kansas City Missouri.

Allegedly a collection agency out of Austin Texas that collects traffic tickets. (I haven't been to Texas for several years, much less driven in Texas)

they call looking for somebody.... if your not them to hang up, if you hang up they call back last several days for a number of times. especially at 8pm at night. called them back to chew their asses out.... sittin on hold till I do..... bullshit.....
