Called stating that they are following up on a pain cream that they sent to me and needed my Medicaid information...I asked what the cream was. He said "it doesn't have a name because your Dr. ordered it made special for you". I asked the name of my Dr. and he said they didn't have that information. I kept asking more questions and giving no answers so the guy eventually got frustrated and hung up on me. THEN "Sam" called back - stating he was the manager...and that I needed to answer his questions because this had to do with my Medicaid. I said are you sure it's medicaid? Are you sure it's not Aetna, or Cigna or another insurance? He said - "They are all the same". Then I told him that I am in the health insurance field and that I would never fall for one of these stupid scams. He then raised his voice and said "LISTEN" pause..."YOU ARE SO STUPID" and hung up on me. LOL!!! Ahhh...good times! BTW - I don't have Medicaid!
