So tired of these calls

I get this call 3 to 5 times a day. When I pick up my phone, there is no one on the other end. It s a recording saying, "This is the Municipal Service Bureau. This is neither a sales nor solicitation. This is reference to an important matter. Then they give the office hours and a number asking to call them.

I won't call back though asked to. They say it is not a solocitation call.

Receive automated calls prompting me to press 1 to accept, press 2 to leave a message.
I call number back requesting to stop calling. I am informed that to remove me from their system they my number h Aaron s to be in their system to begin with and that they are not calling me.
They say they are a collection agency for past court costs
which I have none.
Funny that I receive these calls immediately after doing my taxes through an online tax service where I supplied my phone number.
