This caller, who called himself Senior Law Enforcement Officer for the United States Federal Claims Court "John Hamilton" attempted to embezzle money from me by claiming that an arrest warrant was being issued for me because of an old debt that I allegedly owe. First of all, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims does not pursue actions against citizens. Who does this guy think he's talking to? Further, this call was preceeded by a strange "Emergency 911" INCOMING to MY cell phone.  That caller claimed to be Deputy Richard Jenkins with the Cass County Sheriff's Department.  When I called Cass County, they indicated that they do not have a Richard Jenkins working there.
