I installed an app called HiYa! It does a great job of blocking these morons after the call the first time. I do not answer if I do not know the number or name. It is 99% a scam. I called them back, since it is blocked they will always get shut down, told the girl to remove the number. She said 24 to 438 hours . . .we'll see!!
