Called today and left a long message about fraud, money, and jail. I couldn't understand half of it so I looked up the number to find out it was a scam, as suspected. I never answer out of area calls so I hope that he will quit calling, especially if I never answer. That would be my advice. And my home number is on the do not call list. If someone calls your number after you are registered, you can file a complaint. If enough people complain, I hope it will be researched soon. www.donotcall.gov

Male caller [broken english] identifies self as Officer Henry Scott of the B.C.I. Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Then states your name and social seciurity number. Then demands that I am in serious trouble for violation of Federal Crimes including, Fraud, Money Laundering ans a few more.

However, when I specifically asked for details he refuses citing" it's an ongoing investigation" and refuses to talk to anyone other than my Criminal Lawyer.

He then stated that if I did not reply back before 3;30 pm today, he was going to go to the state County Courthouse and sign warrants against me to hae my local county sherriff arrest me. He furthermore stated that it would affect my job, my life and my future. He was going to put me in jail for 18 months.

He has a habit of leaving you numerous voice messages on your answering machine
After ignoring his requests, for a week now, he has not called back as yet. .
