Won't stop calling even after I told them they had the wrong number.

This number called my cellphone every 5 minutes for almost an hour. I was at work but finally answered to find out what the emergency was. The caller identified himself as Neil Jones and was speaking very fast and was hard to understand. He told me he had an affidavit for my arrest for an unpaid loan. I don't have any unpaid loans and started to argue with him. He said you know you do so just pay or i will have cops show up at your place of employment. I hung up and he immediately called me again and yelled at me for hanging up on him. I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor. Officer Wilkens got on the phone and was even ruder. He told me to pay up or go to jail. I told him to contact my attorney and gave him the phone number. I hung up and called my husband - who happens to be a cop. He called the number and not telling them we were married, was told that I owed them money for a payday advance loan that I never repaid. My husband was asking them questions about the loan and Officer Wilkens hung up on him. Immediately Officer Wilkens called my cellphone and started screaming at me for calling the police. I again told him to contact my attorney and he was harassing me. He told me that he would not call me again and hung up on me. My husbands police chief called the number to find out more information and Officer Wilkens said I was rude and screaming at him and that he would just let this go to court and hung up on the chief. This was three hours ago and I haven't had another phone call. My husband also called the Attorney Generals office and they are investigating this.

This person called my work numberous times.... he even held up every phone line in my place of employment... Said his name was Michael White...
He called over and over and even hung on me and other people at my work. I explained it's harassment and when i asked him for details he hung up.

He keeps calling my cell phone for months now! Saying that I'm in big trouble with the law for fraud and federal offense, saying there tracking me down and are out to get me. And he called me nancy, that's not even my name.
