Has called and does not say anything but when called back it says non working number.

Got a call from this number, and at first it seemed like your typical marketing scam call, but when I asked to be removed from the call list the man on the line ignored my request and said "wanna fuck?" I said "what?" He repeated himself and added "want to suck my dick?" I said "what why would you ask me to suck your dick?" And he said "I don't know because it's just so big" so I said "oh, fuck you!" And hung up.

He did not identify himself other than calling from Medical Compensation Dept. Asked If I had Hip replacement surgery, lots of questions, when I kept saying no he hung up

This thick-accented man claimed to be part of a legal medical billing bureau. He inaccurately tried to guess what medical procedures have been done in my family and claimed I have a blood clot that has literally never existed. I kept saying "No" to his inaccurate guessing and he eventually hung up on me.
