Called my cell phone and left no message. From other comments on this and other sites, it seems to be some sort of credit card scam call. My DNC Landline gets so many telemarketers each day that I know longer answer until I hear a message, and now they are coming after me on my cell phone(!) It was my understanding it was illegal to call cellphones – is this true?
