They said it was about my "current account" in the recording. So you press "1" of course to see what is wrong with your credit card account. Then a human say's for Mastercard, VISA, etc. (every card but AMEX) through BANK OF AMERICA?? And they just want to lower my interest rate because I'm such an outstanding customer. At which time I state I only have AMEX and how did you get this #? And she hung up on me mid sentence! And yes, I filed a complaint with the DNCR which I have been registered with since it was born.

Same story as above. There were phishing for my CC account numbers to 'lower' my rates. When I asked who they were with, they refused, and then they couldn't even tell me what type of card I had that they were supposedly trying to lower..

Prerecorded "Heather from Account Services" with the usual scam about being from my credit card company and how I needed to talk to them to lower my interest rate. I did not stay on long enough to get the full pitch.

please be careful with these people. Credit Card Srevices claim they can help lower your card interest rate to as low as 6.9% because they show that my payments have been made on time for an extended period of time. They state they can work with credit cards from Bof A, Chase, Capitol One and another company. I asked the name on the account they were refering to, as my fiance uses my cell number as a contact number as well and he is the one with the credit card, not me. I said my name was on the account. Again, I do not hold an account. This being said to Sred #571, he stated who doesn't hold a card, I said I don't. I then asked how he got my name and number, he stated he could not tell me that.
