Keeps Calling me 8 times in one week asking about a birth control.. I have never taken it and they do not speak enough english to understand me.. UHG!! then they start yelling because I can not understand them.. How do i get it to stop??
steady calling about some biopsy or type of medical stuff. they call me at least twice a day.
Caller asking me if I had ever used a certain type of birth control and was eligible for legal compensation. I told her I had not used this medications in the past and she told me her "records" indicated that I had done so within the past 5 years! When asked where she got this information she began spouting gibberish and tried to tell me a medical clinic had released this to their organization. After telling her that this was a HIPPA violation and no clinic would have released my medical information, she hung up on me.
They do not understand ENGLISH...when you tell them to take you off a call list...
