Called my cell and left a voice mail saying the caller was Michelle and was in reference to an Allen Cutter (not me and I don't know him) asking me to call 866-394-4503 today and use reference number 15504881. My cell showed the call came from Mason, OH. The caller did not identify the name of the business that was calling or that it was a debt collector, which if they are then that would violate the law as I understand it. I did not return the call and am blocking this number.
