Calls early in the morning, no one there. This has happened several times lately

I am disabled and the phone rings four times and then asked for a message and you get no response. It takes me time to get to the phone and when I get there, no reponse and they do not leave a message and I traveled across the room for nothing. I would not contribute to that organization, period.
