"This is your final notice to receive reduced interest rate." Must be a refinance scam. Claim to be from your credit card company but can't tell you which card company they are from. What they really want is to refinance your mortgage. Calls repeatedly even though I have told them to stop and am on the no-call list.

This time I asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me.

caller ID says: 513-293-0842 "Richardson Shaw", but when I called them number , it is a bogus number.

Lower your credit card interest rates. quite possibly have received calls from this caller before, but this is the first time they identified their company.
