This service says they are calling about lowering my current credit card interest rate. I have been told be a rep at this unknown company that this is a government initiative and exempt from the Do Not Call list yet they refuse to give me the name of the company. I have been receiving this call for over a year and despite numerous attempts to stop the calls, they continue to come several times a week.

When I told them I was going to report them to FCC they told me to try CIA and FBI also.
