these 513 scam numbers have been calling me constantly and my call blocker apps don't catch them because they look like real local cell numbers. It's always the same robotic sounding voice that says "Hello dear Duke Energy customers...." then claims that I can save a percentage on my energy bill. It's gotten really freakin obnoxious that none of my call blockers can block this particular spammer. I hope these trash human beings get what's coming to them.
