It seems to be an offer to reduce credit card rates by getting you to switch to their credit card. I've never listened all the way through. My husband gets these calls, too, and he waited to get a human. The person barely spoke English and when my husband started t0 ask them to quit calling, they hung up on him. His phone is also on the Do Not Call list.

I recieved a prerecorded message from a company I never heard of offering to lower my interest rate on my credit card. I don't have any credit cards. I am on the do not call list, and I wish you would call these people and tell them that THIS MEANS THEM. I have filed complaints previously, but I don't know if these people are the same group or not.
