They always say that it's not an emergency but I need to speak to someone about my credit card; I can lower my rates; and, that this is the final notice. It has been the final notice for over a year now!! When I can get a human they hang up the second I say I want to be put on the do not call list.

Called themselves "Cardholder Services" advising that I could adjust my interest rate downwards. This is around the 100th call I've gotten from this scammer.

Recorded by "Rachel". "This is Credit Card Services". "It is urgent that you contact us now. Please dial #1 on this message to speak to our representative as your card may have been compromised". I dialed #1, and a live rep came on and when I complained he swore at me and hung up.
