This agency calls numerous times everyday. The calls are from different numbers, cities and states. The number 440 is the only constant. When the call comes in, the display reads a phoney area code followed by 440 and the final four numbers are phoney. So far, they have called themselves Dc Medicare and 1AA1 Collections.
