this is a SCAM they dnt have debtors prison in america anymore. The guy that called me said his name was gary baker, and that i had warrents out for my arrest and would be picked up in the morning. He also told me that i do this kind of stuff all the time and i was criminal. And a 400 dollar loan balloned into 4000! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE... O called back on a sat and the answering machine was a women named leslie thomas from morris and ticket check processing investigation services. Also you can file a complaint with the fbi online at IC3.GOV.... THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

They just called me and had me freaked out. He was saying he was from the district attorneys office and they were taking my case straight to their county which will send it to my county and I will be arrested today. The sad part about it is I was almost having someone send money. I spoke to both Rodger Penwood as well as Thomas Gibson. Do not give them any money!!!

this person told me that he's a fraud invesstigator...Well who ever he really is!!! He threatened to have me arrested if i didnt pay the money i owe...well he cant do that!!!! I'm not stupid..I googled him and found out things sbout him..I think someone owes me an explanation as to what makes him think he cant threaten me

You can not be arrested in the Unites States for debts you owe PERIOD...EVER!!! Simply ask him what state he is in so you can contact that states district attorney (HE WON'T TELL KEEP ASKING) AND MAKE SURE YOU CALL THE DA AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THESE CALLS!!!
