Rude caller is trying to get you to switch energy companies when i tell him i'm on the do not call list he just continues with his sales pitch

Future Now Energy keeps calling him, and keep trying to get him to switch from his electric company. He keeps telling them he on the DNCL. He asked for their phone number , and was given 513-273-4310. His caller ID showed 513-443-4488. He talked to a supervisor which said she would take care of it. He got another call this morning. They've called 4 times now and have told not to call him, and he told them today he was going to file a complaint against them.
