These people continue to call us at least 5 to 6 times a day, and when we answer, there's no one there, so we call back, and they say they there are new lower mortgage rates and it looks like we are eligible for the new rates. When I tell them to remove us from their list, they say they will, but then continue to call us 5 to 6 times a day and I call them back, and once again tell them to remove us from their list! This has been going on for about a year now. The caller ID says Front Line Refi, but then they've also given me the name of Refinance 123 and Mortgage Plus. When I ask for a manager, they hang up on me.
