This people are calling to My house four to seven times a day, and for more that i tell them them, that the person they are looking for dos nto live here, the more they call.

same here, these are relentless bill collectors. they make commission for bills they collect on and are extremely desperate. they will not take no for an answer. if you tell them otherwise, they will not believe you. you have to report them. they even call on weekends and after 10PM during the week. they routinely use foul language, and curse words, and will not hesitate to accuse you of "trying to harbor a deadbeat".
