They harass me to no end, despite being called and told that I am on the Do Not Call Registry, they ask if I (assuming I am either Doralicia, Herman, or Cesar) want a payday loan. They have found a way to make my phone sound off, even when it
is on silent! Getting me into extreme trouble because I am not allowed calls except in an
emergency.
