Recording claiming I qualify for discounts on my DLP Bill. Directs to call 740-217-3716. Calls multiple times a day. We don't have DPL.

Called and asked if I was the person to talk to about our DP&L electric bill. Obviously Not an American. Told him I couldn't understand him. Told him again. He hung up. Red flag..........we don't have DP&L as an electric supplier.
