She called again today, only hanging up right before my answer machine could come on, which is after 3 rings.
Nothing but a scammer.

I found different complaints for this same number from July 2011 until Oct 2011 on one site: Lower Credit card interest / wants money for firemen funds / selling insurance for water / sewer lines / courtesy call / some nationwide investment wanting to know your address / caller couldn't speak English well. ================================================================== Yesterday I get a call from this number & caller ID showed Shirley Toler 513 is Cincinnati, OH. Phone carrier is Cincinnati Bell. Cincinnati Bell does not do cell phone service for residence, it's strictly for businesses. I know because I use to have them & had to find another carrier because of this. This is nothing but a solicitor / scammer of some sorts calling.
