Robotic IRS scam saying a lawsuit has been filed under my name and they tried to contact me for 6 months prior....so annoying.

Said they had been trying to get a hold of us for six months and since we hadn't responded was going to sue us for fraud with the federal government
A friend of my just got a call from this number, and they say he owes $4000 and Homeland Security is going to show up and arrest him.
Caller: IRS
Called me today. Federal criminal charges against me. Haha. They aren't going to call if its that serious. Someone will show up first or send certified letters at the very least
