they were suppose to be a collection agency working for the tribal loan shark company of western sky/cashcall who have been shut down for operating in Ohio due to their violation of the states usury laws.
I don't recall hearing the name of the company, but I have read reviews where Delbert is the collection agency being sued along with this company in some states.
