They keep calling me even though i have talked to them and told them to quit calling me. they call from several numbers all day!!

Genpac, the collections arm for GE Money....
How nice that when GE Money was in financial hardships, Obama gave them some stimulus money. If you Mr/Mrs taxpayer are in trouble with GE, they pound your phone 10 times a day in violation of consumer credit law.
GIVE BACK MY TAX DOLLARS GE you corrupt MF's !!!!!

It is Genpact. If anyone has visited their website and can understand what any of it means, good for you. It sounds like they are hit men or something to me soliciting clients.

Gem Pac = G. E. Money ?

We screen ALL our calls AND I obtained all our phone records from our phone company. This phone number called our home on March 14, 2011 at 7:14 a.m. and 7:43 a.m. The very same morning, the phone number 800-292-7508 called our home at 7:05 a.m., 8:13 am, 10:01 am, 1:29 pm, 2:03 pm and last but not least 5:01 pm. ALSO the same morning, 800-496-4598 called our home at 7:40 am. I believe this last number is Enhanced Recovery Corp. I also believe that all these numbers are from them making the total number of times they called our home that morning BEFORE 8:00 come to 4 - which is illegal. The day before that, on a Sunday, they called our home at 7:21am (again illegal) That would be 5 violations of the law in two days and just from calling before 8:00. ALL OUR NUMBERS ARE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.

I asked who was calling. He said he was _________ from Gem Pak or Jem Pack. He wanted to speak to the husband. LOL I ignored him and told him I was putting together a record of all the calls from this number just from yesterday and it was over 10. I also told him they called before 8:00 am and I would be reporting them to the FTC. He apologized profusely and then hung up. His english was not very clear. I am also thinking of reporting them to my Congressman, Senator and Governor.
