Looking for me want me call them back

got a call from this number and the person names Sandy Miller has called from another number 620-286-5358 asking to call back on 800-566-7698. Says that she works for NCA . Filed a complaint with FTC. Asked for her fax number but would not give it out. Have a letter of Cease and Desist to sent to her. Won't give me the fax number.
