This caller was identified as "fox" collection services and a message was left from a female voice that barely spoke English, seemed Indian in origin, warning me to call back immediately. Either the company in Quebec farms out their number to various illegal entities or they are directly involved in this attempt to garner personal information. In either case, they should be avoided at all costs.
