Consumer Services - lowering interest rates on credit cards. Min amount has to be $4000, otherwise they just hand up. Calls coming from call centers in different states, with "Jennifer" on all recorded messages

They just keep calling using different numbers. They spoof their number so if you call it back it is either disconnected or a recorded message.

Recorded message "Rachael" offers to reduce current credit card rates. They charge a LOT of MONEY for something they do not guarantee. Anyone can do this that is in GOOD STANDING with their credit card company. This is a PRE-RECORDED MESSAGE TO MY CELL PHONE.
