Incentive was a $300 gas gift card in exchange for subscription, additional incentive was to get Popular Science and Natural Health magazine free with the Discover renewal. Claimed that several notices had been sent via mail, but these had not been received at this residence. Claimed the company name was Digital Applications but only after being asked. Claimed she was calling from Arizona, but the caller ID number showed an area code from Boone, Iowa.
