Beware!!! I TRULY don't believe this is Wells Fargo Card Services although they answer as that. I kept getting calls from this number every day at around 8:00 AM but ignored it. After 8 consecutive days of this nonsense, I called them back. A gal picked up the line and answered as Wells Fargo card services, then asked for my social security number the very first thing out of her mouth! I said "I will not give you that!! I am on to your scam, you aren't Wells Fargo and I don't have any "debt" with them, so stop calling my house and take me off your list." [I wasn't very pleasant when I said it, either.] She stayed quite calm and suggested that perhaps someone in my household has a WF debt and my number is associated to them. I assured her that was NOT so and to take a flying leap. She asked for my phone number to remove me from the list and said she could not "see" caller ID to know what number I was calling from. I gave her my phone number to remove from their database and threatened to report to the Do Not Call list that I am ALREADY signed up on!! Just stop! I don't play those shenanigan games with people phishing for data and my identity info.
