Missed the call but everybody says it's spam so I'm blocking it

Just got a call from this number. I avoid answering numbers I don't know so I didn't answer. I was curious though and gave it a call back but every time I try to call my phone hangs up. It doesn't even ring once. They didn't leave a message and I tried texting but got nothing in return. Most likely spam.

I received a phone call from this number. I didn't answer. They didn't leave a voice mail. I don't know anyone from West Des Moines. Looking at the trend it looks like a spam caller to me.
