Called about a business loan. I pressed 1 to talk to a rep.

Before I could even demand I be removed from their list, the bastid hung up on me.

What freakin' cowards.

When I call back, I get a recording about pressing any number to be removed from their list, which, extremely convenient, "May take up to 14 days" to do.

What a bunch of freakin' cowards.
