called me with a recorded message, lower your credit card bill, nice thing about cell phones, you can block these calls

Called me today with a recorded message saying I could lower my interest rates on my credit card. As I am a cash only type of person and do not carry credit cards, I had a smile on my face as I pressed 1 to talk to a live person. When I asked which credit card they were calling about, the woman responded "Your Visa and MasterCard." I told her that was interesting since I don't carry credit cards. They hung up on me. Obviously a fishing scam.

Called my cell phone 4 times, one after another. Never left a message.

Called my personal cell phone and showed the "516" area code which is New York so I didn't answer it as I wasn't expecting to receive personal calls during my working hours. No message left.
