CON ARTISTS looking to retrieve your personal and financial account numbers so they can wipe you clean. When you tell them you aren't interested, they threaten to break your legs and duct tape you onto a scooter whilst they are scooting you to your ATM for their pleasure! How I got placed on the scooters lists, I don't know, but I do know my number is on the Do Not Call Registry list!
