Automated msg saying the IRS was suing me and that I needed to call them back immediately, but didn't provide any company name. Call was identified as coming from New York. Probably a tax scam. Didn't call back.

Promise a $100 retail rebate for 495 charged to your charge card but all of this turns out to be a lie and there are other catches despite the fact that they say that there are not
