I received two of these as well
Rec'd robocall this afternoon with computerized female voice, claiming to be from IRS Investigation Team. Said I had 24 hrs to contact them at this same number, otherwise my local police dept. would be coming by to arrest me! Total scam as: 1. IRS doesn't call people, and certainly wouldn't use a computerized voice. 2. Local law enforcement wouldn't be dealing with IRS issues as this is potential federal crime and FBI would be involved. 3. Again, IRS only contacts people via postal mail for any issues.
