I didn't answer, but the voicemail left was a machine stating that I had four serious accusations against me and that I needed to call the number back in the next 24 hours or else I'd be arrested.

Computer voice in broken English telling me I have orders pressed against me and that I would be arrested by local police in 24 hours if I didn't call.

Threatened Arrest .... called from "Headquarters" ...... but what Headquarters? Call was from Brooklyn. Wonder what scam they are pulling. I'm so tried of these calls.
