Received the same call from this number with a heavy accented Indian guy wanting to access my computer. He claimed that his company, 247 Expert Solutions, has been receiving error messages from my computer for some time. When asked how he got my information, he said they did a survey in the area and got names of all of the Windows customers having this sort of problem. This is a ridiculous lie.

heavy Indian accent, caller says he is from Windows and they have been receiving error messages about my computer being infected with a virus for quite a while. Wanted access to my computer.

They called stating that my computer had a virus and they wanted to acces my computer. This is a scam report them right away
