Some guy calling himself Jim Morgan very thick accent but I was finally able to discern he said he was with financial crime enforcement network and they have a lawsuit in my name under my San and before they take this case to my state through my employer I need to call him back on his number before I have legal problem
Well I looked up financial crime enforcement network it is FinCEN part of the Dept of treasury they safe guard financial system and investigate money laundering criminal matters basically not people with payday loans I am current on all my debts. These guys are getting bolder saying they are with real agencies still just a scare tactic

Also I found another site warning of a FinCEN scam read the details sounded like what this guy was trying to do

I have blocked the call and will check to see if I get anymore voice mails in my blocked calls voice mail but that is all

Calls says they are finincal crime investagators says they are officers and going to arrest you today ask for information want give you none. SaId hes sending dept.Morris to arrest you.

Texted me and told me my account was past due and that they were going to take me to court over a loan. I have no loan, and have never taken a loan out. It's a scam. I hope they do take me to court. I want to meet them face to face.

Said i owed on a loan and if i dont pay 250.00 today cops will be coming to my home to arrest me

yea they are harrassing!! when u hang up they call back and ask for personal information!!! something needs to be done
