Offered to reduce credit card rate - press a number to speak to a rep. When I got a person and asked what company he represented, he hung up. When I called the number back, I got a recording 'press any number to be added to do not call list', which I did.

Offering lower credit card interest rates after stating no problem with my credit cards. When pressing "1" to talk to a live person, when connected I requested to have name/number removed from their calling list only to be hung up on with no further response. I called number back and got recording "press any digit to be placed on do not call list. My number is on the donotcall registry so this is oxy-moronic.

Called and said "this is in regards to your current credit card" and then offered a method to reduce my credit card interest rate. Never accurately identified any credit card I actually posses, and referred to themselves as "Account Services." I am concerned that this is actually a phishing scam.
