They say it is to lower interest rate on my credit card. I've spoken with my bank and we're on every do not call list and these numbers have no association with them. They don't even have records of all of my phone numbers.

It said to press a number to be connected to a live operator at this time. I was out of the country when I took the call and it costs me well over $5. for the international charges.
