I received a call from this # on 04.29.16: "Call is officially a final notice from IRS Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 516-595-8197. I repeat 516-595-8197. Thank you."

They have called me twice today. The first call was a recording, and the second was a person. Told me they had a pending lawsuit from the irs. I said well good luck send me the paperwork, and he asked for my address.

They called saying I owed back taxs. I said if your the IRS then u have my social. He said yes, then I said OK what is it. He said he couldn't give it to me because we were on a recorded line. Then I told him I was calling my local IRS office and then he said for me to wait for the cops to come and arrest me. The caller was George mardin forgot the number he gave me. I also told him to keep repeating himself cuz I couldn't understand him, he also adviced me not to tell the next person I didn't understand him either.

Michelle Brown IRM# CT 11A and a Lucky Castle IRM# 1007 said I owed 7986.00 to IRS said I was going to be arrested if I didn't pay it they were putting a warrenty out for my arrest. Said I owed back taxes from 2009-2015.

They called me yesterday stating that they were the IRS, told me that I owe $7000. I told her that I know this a scam. She then told me that they were filing a lawsuit against me and take everything that I have, I told her I worked for the IRS and I told her that I know this a scam and I was going to report her, she then she hung up on me.

Yes, they called my 87 year old mother posing as the IRS and threatened her with a lawsuit. She was scared and called me. I'm glad I came here first!

Have called several times and left a pre recorded message saying final notice IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. Caller ID says from Hicksville, NY.
