Online education company that claims to connect me to an online university.

Have also received calls from this number as well as other numbers that only change last four digits. They claim they are an online education company and keep trying to get my information. I have asked to be put on their no call list and they ignore that request and keep calling. I have reported them to BBB, FCC, and the do not call complaint sites. People speaking have strong accents.
