Received a hangup call on 12/27/2016

Called my cell phone via automation call on 12/6/16 at 1:52pm, unsolicited by me, I answered after first ring and they hung up. My number is on the do not call list. I did not call back but researched the New York number 516-723-8460 using the webcrawler search engine. Added the # to my spam #s and blocked from further calls.

Rings twice and hangs up. Scum that tries to get you to call back thereby you "initiate contact". 800notes.com lists complaints that this is the rewards gift card SCAM. Don't call it, block it!
