I received a voicemail from an "Officer" who said someone I know is under investigation. The man had an accent. When I called back, they wanted to know who they were talking too, I didn't tell them. They asked who they called and left a voice message for, I told them they can look it up themselves via the phone number. The accent man then found my name and cellular phone number and repeated it back to me. I told him a 14 year old in China can put up that sort of information. I then asked what the person was under investigation for. He wouldn't say. He transferred the call to another "officer." I asked again. He wouldn't answer, then both (on 3-way) started giggling. I told them never to contact that phone number and hung up.
