They called at 11:55am and didn't leave a message
Recording from "Heather at Account Services"....
Female recording saying I can lower my interest rate. It was careful not to mention what bank they were from, but they clearly wanted me to assume they were from my bank.
Caller: "Credit card interest rate"
Called around noon. Female robo call said something about my credit card. "Press one to speak to a representative". OK. Man with foreign accent answered and mumbled about transferring my credit card debt. He was hard to understand but I think he said he was calling from Bank of America. I don't have any credit card debt or use B of A. I hung up.
Called at 9:05 AM and didn't leave a message.
